Project Delivery Systems Specialist

Worley is seeking a talented and motivated Project Delivery Systems Specialist to join our dynamic team. Our Digital Project Delivery team was formed to support Worley in delivering its ambition by enabling our data-centric delivery, enhancing digital literacy, and establishing digital capability across the organization. Responsibilities:
• Be part of the local PDS team where you will support project teams with your in-depth knowledge of 2D/3D engineering tools, data-centric tools and development knowledge
• Collaborate with project teams to determine best practices, possible improvements to project delivery processes and automation of tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members in issue identification, process impacts, and solution development discussions to optimize end-to-end solutions
• Develop apps/software/scripts that would enhance project delivery, data usage and communication between existing and new software (i.e. data capture and process automation)
• Take part in initiatives to design, develop and execute software solutions to address business needs (workflows, libraries, database)
• Take responsibility as Administrator in at least 1 Hexagon tool (Smart3D, SmartP&ID, SmartInstrumention or Smart Electrical) and/or Aveva tool (Aveva E3D, Aveva Engineering) and drive the use of the tool forward within the company
• Maintain critical planning, monitoring, and reporting processes as well as required documentation, for the timely coordination and completion of project tasks
• You will report to the Manager of PDS
Algemene vereisten
Here's what you'll need
• Degree in engineering, IT, or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Around 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge and/or affinity with Engineering
• Experience with programming code .NET
• Knowledge of Visual Basic, VBA, SQL programming
• Experience in testing and analyzing code for weaknesses and errors, and implementing plans to improve them
• Willingness to learn, improve and take responsibility to drive things forward
• Being able to communicate in a clear and efficient way
Nice to have:
• Experience with PML or C sharp language
• Experience with Python
• Experience as an Administrator for Aveva or Hexagon tools
• Experience with CAD
• Experience with PowerBI or Quicksight to generate dashboards and reports
• Strong understanding of current engineering design, drafting applications and engineering data integration software packages
• Dutch language skills
