What is the role about? 

Are you eager to support and grow within a global leader in industrial process engineering? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where your proactive approach can make a significant impact? You will receive a broad onboarding journey including many eLearning, clients and fabrics visits and you will receive extensive coaching and support from experienced colleagues and experts. So that you get to understand our customers processes & technical challenges.

Which tasks will you perform? 

In the sales track, you will:

  • be the first point of contact of our clients and you will handle all incoming commercial and technical inquiries.
  • provide technical & functional advice as well as pricing and delivery information to your customers and your sales team.
  • establish and optimize the action plan, at the end of each year together with your sales team, in order to outline the main activities for the development of your customers

In the marketing track, you will:

  • be responsible to pro-actively promote the products for Level and Inventory Management and provide all necessary support in the internal organization to make this possible.
  • make sure the organization is capable of selling, servicing and maintaining the products in your portfolio.
  • be responsible for the application support in the acquisition phase.

Algemene vereisten

What do we expect from you? 

  • You have a Master degree in industrial or civil engineering, chemistry, physics or bio engineer
  • You are willing and capable of working in a multi-lingual environment ( French, Dutch, English)
  • You are a fast learner who can adapt to an ever-changing environment.
  • You demonstrate the ability to be persistent, action-oriented, results-driven and self-motivated.
  • You’re curious and have a commercial mindset both towards customers and market sectors, as well as towards internal colleagues
  • You demonstrate strong social skills, in terms of enthusiasm, motivation & persuasion, yet in a friendly, cooperative way (“the Endress+Hauser way”)
