Functieomschrijving
For a brand new construction project in Flanders, as a MEP coordinator you’ll participate in the coordination for all MEP related matters on this project; you will also analyze the MEP contractual requirements as defined by the client and translate this into a good action plan in order to support the tender and estimating department;
During the design and the construction phase of a project, you will overview all MEP related matters and liaise between the project, the Brussels engineering department and the M&E Director;

During your frequent site visits and contact with the clients you will be able to take action on short notice in order to guarantee a good production process when it comes to MEP construction (HVAC, Firefighting installations, ELV and HV systems, etc.).
Algemene vereisten
- You have an electromechanical engineering degree;
- You have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in MEP works;
- You have experience in handling and managing projects from A-Z, meaning from tendering phase to construction and commissioning;
- You possess in-depth practical and theoretical knowledge to deal with situations in a background of conceptual understanding;
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and you have a profound knowledge of English;
- You are flexible and willing to travel all around Flanders;
- You live in Belgium and you are willing to work on a Belgian employment contract.
